For regular care, gently clean your jewelry using a soft cloth. When not worn, store it carefully in its original pouch.
Some GOOSSENS creations are released in limited editions available in restricted quantities for a set period.

Orders placed on our website are dispatched within 1 to 5 business days after confirmation. Each order is carefully prepared by our dedicated Goossens Paris teams within 1 to 2 business days, then handed over to the carrier the same day or the following day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the dispatch with a tracking number. In case of absence at delivery, the carrier may leave a note stating where and when you can collect your package.
We offer express delivery via DHL (jewelry only), Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM (excluding holidays), with an estimated 48-hour delivery time.
Delivery fees vary depending on destination. Shipping is complimentary within the entire European Union. In Switzerland, delivery is free for orders over €500. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order or a part of it. Please contact our Customer Service at contact@goossens-paris.fr to request a return or exchange.
Goossens jewelry comes with a 24-month commercial warranty from the date of purchase, upon presentation of proof of purchase. This warranty covers damages arising from normal use, provided care instructions are followed. However, it does not apply to:
- Damage resulting from accidental impact, breakage, or scratches, as well as repeated exposure to perfume, cosmetics, or any other corrosive product.
- Alterations or repairs performed outside Goossens workshops.
- Normal wear and tear of the jewelry.
If your jewelry requires repair outside the warranty or after it has expired, please contact the original point of sale to obtain a quote. Unless otherwise stated, repairs generally take up to one month from the date of receipt.

For large decorative pieces, a 50% deposit is required to begin production, and the remainder is payable before shipment. Please note, we do not hold stock for large-decoration items.
